Here is a quick tip that will help with you tracking and Google Analytics!
When posting a link to your blog, always use a specific URL to a specific post. When Google your Google Analytics tracks your page views, it will be much more helpful to see individual posts and their titles than it would be to see a lot of hits on your homepage.
