Welcome! It is Paul Taubman from Digital Maestro. This is your 30 minute Website Audit and Strategy Session, and I am looking forward to discussing your site with you.
To prepare for our conversation, make a list of any specific questions you have. If you do not have any, that is ok too. I can be pretty sure that the time we have together will go quickly.
Pick a time below that works for you.
What a Website Audit Covers
Before we talk, I go through your website and your Google Business Profile myself. I look at your site the way one of your customers looks at it: on a phone, in about twenty seconds, deciding whether to call you or go back to the search results.
Then we spend thirty minutes together and I walk you through what I found. We cover:
- Speed and first impression. How long your site takes to load, and what someone sees while they are waiting.
- Whether the site answers the basic questions. What you do, where you do it, and how to reach you, clear enough for a stranger who has never heard of you.
- Your contact form. I check that it actually delivers. A form that quietly stopped working is the most common problem I find, and nothing about it looks wrong from your side.
- Your Google Business Profile. Your hours, your photos, your categories, and your reviews, sitting next to the other businesses showing up for the same search.
- Where you show up locally. What comes up when someone searches your service and your town, and who is above you.
- Mobile. Most of your visitors are on a phone. We look at what they get.
You leave with the list: what to fix first, what can wait until next year, and what is already fine the way it is. If you want to hand that list to your own web person, that works for me.
What It Costs
The review before the call, the call itself, and the list you walk away with are all free. You keep the list whether or not you ever hire me.
I am not going to spend our thirty minutes pitching you. If you want help with the fixes, I will tell you what that looks like. If you would rather do them yourself or hand them to someone else, I would rather you have the list than not have it.
Who Books a Website Audit
Most of the owners who book one have a website that was built a few years ago and has not been looked at since. The business changed. The site did not.
Some common versions of that:
- The phone is not ringing the way it used to, and you cannot tell whether that is the market or the website.
- You know your Google listing is out of date, and you have never had a reason to sit down and fix it.
- Someone quoted you for a whole new website and you want a second opinion on whether you need one.
- Your busy season is coming and you want the site right before the calls start.
- You are getting traffic and no calls, and nobody has been able to tell you why.
If you are somewhere in there, this is worth thirty minutes.
Website Audits for New Jersey Small Businesses
I am Paul Taubman, and I run Digital Maestro out of Somerville, New Jersey. I work with contractors, professional practices, and local service businesses across Somerset County and the rest of the state.
Working with someone local matters more here than people expect. When we look at where you show up for your service plus your town, I know the towns. When we look at who is sitting above you in the map results, I usually recognize the kind of business it is. An automated report generated somewhere else cannot tell you that a competitor two towns over just claimed their Google listing and started collecting reviews.
The call is over Zoom, so anywhere in New Jersey works, and I have clients outside the state as well. If you are in Somerset County, we can meet in person instead. Say so when you book and I will reach out.
“If I could describe the perfect business team member, it would be someone who anticipates and corrects something before your client even knows about it. Paul, that’s you! Thanks!”

Questions People Ask Before They Book
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the review, the call, or the list you leave with.
How long does it take?
Thirty minutes on the call. I go through your site before we talk, so we are not starting cold when you get on.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Write down any questions you have. If you do not have any, that is fine too.
My site was not built by you. Does that matter?
Most of them were not. I audit the site you have, whoever built it, on whatever platform it runs on.
What if I do not have a website yet?
Then we spend the time on your Google Business Profile and on what you would actually need in a site. Book it anyway.
Will you try to sell me a new website?
No. Sometimes the answer is that a site needs to be rebuilt, and I will say so when that is the case. More often the fixes are smaller than owners expect, and I will say that too.
What happens after the call?
You have the list and you can act on it however you want. If you want me to handle the work, I will put together what that costs and you can decide. There is no follow-up sequence waiting for you.

Pick a time at the top of this page. If none of the times work for you, send me a note and we will find one that does.
If you want to see the kind of work that usually comes out of one of these, the services page covers what I do once we know what needs doing.
