Regardless of where you are with your website and how serious you take it, you will probably feel a little disappointed at some point or another. You may have a site that is just for family and friends as your intended audience, but you post something that someone does not like (so they get upset).
You may be using your site to sell a service or product and someone requests a refund.
You may be developing your list and have people unsubscribe – and those rejections do not make you feel good at all!
You may try a new email campaign or even an on-line Postal Mail campaign that flops.
There is so much room for ‘disaster’ and ‘failure.
Oh what to do?!?!?
Here is a great informal interview with Frank Kern with some simple and brilliant advice. It just goes to show you that simplicity is the key.
Warning: Frank is known to say what he wants. In this interview, there is a dropping of the F-Bomb and the use of the word A-Hole. If you are offended, please do not watch. If you can get by that, I think you will benefit from this candid advice.
Moral of the story – keep moving ahead!
If there is anything I can help with (like my Small Group Coaching), please do not hesitate to ask!

Great video – thanks for posting it Paul. I like that easy approach towards judgment of others and the fear of being criticized. Yes – there are people who like you and there are those who will not! It is as it is, there is nothing we can do about it…we just have to trust ourselves and move on! 馃檪

This man speaks my kind of language. Love his sense of humor and manner.
thanks a ton. I clicked on the link not knowing what to expect and ended up hearing, well, what I needed to hear.

I agree, Marissa! Some things need to be taken seriously (or do they) – a lot of what we think is serious, does not have to be that way. Enjoy what you do, and you will be successful!

Paul, Thank you for the language warning re interview with Frank, but it wasn’t bad for a guy who’s enjoying his vodka & tonic, rather than hitting the pavement in some corporate sales job with its inherent restrictions.
His advice is valid in most online circumstances and, therefore, helpful. There is a kind of anonymity about our online personae. That’s relaxing, if not encouraging.
Thanks for posting! 馃檪

No Problem – some people get offended with certain words. I personally think that the content of the rest of the video was worth ‘ignoring’ a couple of words! This video should be watched every so often!
