Love sports, love goals, have a super hard time with videos much longer than 2 minutes. 馃檪 This is a good message, though, one that people can benefit from. I love the, “When you’re not pursuing your goal, you are literally committing spiritual suicide”. Truth, there. I keep a list of 100 goals although there are almost always more than that on it. I love crossing them off and I do it with regularity. I think that putting it on paper, really helps you to bring it inside and achieve the goal. Happy New Year, to you Paul!
