I remember when I first got into the whole, ‘Internet Marketing thing’ – it was back in the end of May 2009. My very first introduction was at a Live Event help by Mike Filsaime and his Butterfly Marketing program. At the time, I was COMPLETELY over my head! I had no idea what a OTO was, how any of this worked, or what I was doing 3,000 miles from home out in Las Vegas!
I will say this – I met some wonderful people that I keep in contact today!
Attending a live event is something that I suggest you do, if you have not done so yet. Since that first one, I have attended many events, met even more people, and my business has grown exponentially! I continue to be聽 a speaker on the stage, been interviewed numerous times, and been written-up in the newspaper. By the way, did I mention that I always have fun?!
This weekend (Sept. 28, 2013) , I am currently at Michele Scism’s Take Action Get Profits event in Houston. I will be speaking on Sunday to the group and I am excited! I was scheduled to speak at a breakout group (where folks have to decide which one of 8 speakers they want to hear), however there was a video contest that I won that had a prize of speaking on the Main Stage and deliver my message to EVERYONE at the event!
My next event after this weekend will be with Connie Ragen Green and Kelly McCausey out in Las Vegas. Weekend Marketer Live will be a 3-day event that is perfect for folks that are ready to take their business online (or start a business online)!
This is a great opportunity to meet some great people, learn a lot (not only about Affiliate Marketing, but all sorts of Internet stuff!), find out new ways of doing things, and having fun!
