Just by changing a few words, and by changing your outlook, you can get entirely different results. How often do you really think about what you are saying, writing, and communicating? You can have the same message to convey the same thing, yet get completely different results!

And the same is true when you read someone words… can you interpret the true message they are trying to convey if they are not necessarily good at it?
